The Purge: Anarchy is a 2014 American action-horror film directed and written by James DeMonaco. It is the sequel to the 2013 film The Purge and stars Frank Grillo, Carmen Ejogo, Zach Gilford, Kiele Sanchez, Zoë Soul, and Michael K. Williams, while Edwin Hodge reprises his role of Dwayne from the first movie.[3] It was released worldwide on July 18, 2014.
